SUMMER EVENT
We were asked to concept, produce and host an outdoor event in Summer of 2022 to bring the XRAY.fm and larger Portland communities together.
Our goals were to:
Facilitate a day of joy for station volunteers and listeners.
Raise XRAY’s profile in Portland
(via event promotion as well as attendance)Produce this event without losing profit
Develop additional internal expertise/capacity in organizing similar events
